Earnings: $0.50 to $0.65 CPM based on experience and miles driven.

Weekly Pay: $1,200 to $1,500 average (Top 25 percent earn $1,700).

Extras: $300 Orientation Pay on your first check plus Stop, Layover, and Breakdown pay.

High Miles: Average 2,300 to 2,800 miles every week.

No Touch: 100 percent no touch 53 foot dry van freight.

Efficiency: 60 percent drop and hook to keep you on the road.

Home Time: Every two weeks planned, predictable, and you take the truck home.

Equipment: Assigned trucks with minimal downtime between loads.

Requires 120 hours from an accredited CDL school.

No at fault accidents or major citations in 3 years.

No DUI in the last 5 years.

Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screenings.
