CDL A Truck Driver Job Info

• Earn up to $100,000 per year (75
  
  CPM) and $2,200/week on top weeks. If you bring the time and talent, K&B will bring the freight, pay and equipment to make it happen.
• Weekly minimum guaranteed pay as high as $1,725. We have skin in the game to keep you running. If you re giving us time, you re getting paid.
• Drive reliable, modern equipment. Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers; tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters and more.
• Run 100% No-touch freight. We need drivers to drive-worry about the road, not about your load.
• Home time options to fit your lifestyle. Run as long as you like, or get home weekly in some areas. Options vary based on location and experience-ask recruiter for details.
• Welcome aboard! New hires receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid with first check.
• Clean inspection, safety, and referral bonuses
• Free travel, lodging, and meals for orientation

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience.

Experience:

All CDL holders Overview Dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight. Drive within all 48 states. Pay and bonus potential Now earn up to 13¢ more per mile. Mileage pay up to $0.75 cents per mile, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly paychecks. Weekly performance pay. $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

$5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus:
Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
