Our client, a leading building maintenance contractor working with reputable private and public sector organisations, is currently seeking a Carpenter / Multi-Trade professional on a temporary to permanent basis. The role involves carrying out Voids and Reactive maintenance work in domestic properties across Kings Lynn, Wisbech, and Thetford areas.

• Attending to and resolving carpentry maintenance issues within mainly domestic properties while providing a high level of customer service.

• NVQ Level 2 minimum in Carpentry or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Multi-trade skills such as basic plumbing, tiling, painting, and decorating are advantageous.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Own tools.

Must be able to provide at least one work-related reference.

• Hours:
  
  42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• Position:
  Full-time, temporary to permanent
• Salary: £36,000 - £37,000 per annum with van and fuel card or £22-£23 per hour CIS
