The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of software inventory to include compliance, regulatory guidelines, and tribal standards in North Carolina. Primary job duties are listed below.

• Communicate all software related items and issues with the Gaming Commission effectively to develop strong and positive relationships with all relevant software approvers (regulatory) and users (customers and vendors).
• Coordinate software notifications with the Gaming Commission.
• Coordinate all project notifications with the Gaming Commission.
• Handle all software hand deliveries to the Gaming Commission.
• Maintain a detailed, accurate, up-to-date software inventory.
• Collect and deliver all bill-of-ladings (BOLs) to the Gaming commission.
• Handle and coordinate all down games.
• Follow up on software issues and make sure they are addressed.
• Keep track of all software related documentation and requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ year' experience in gaming compliance role or equivalent gaming experience
• Effectively work in an unstructured environment where complex task resolution is required
• Experience with software quality assurance
• Utilize resources to complete projects and meet deadlines
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel
• Experience with Regulations, Technical Standards, and Shipping Requirements
