• Hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited school.

The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services. This includes providing direct patient care, assessing medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT establishes and administers a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction, sets realistic goals, documents patient condition, and educates patients and families about appropriate physical therapy methods.

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, create plans, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
