Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities
Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees; develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies; leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles; oversees performance management practices; manages succession planning and talent management cycle; monitors effectiveness of processes; conducts talent reviews; oversees development and administration of local and corporate training offerings; monitors effectiveness of training and development;
supports development of senior roles; manages employee grievances and disciplinary processes; liaises with unions or works councils; facilitates the annual merit review cycle; ensures appropriate allocation of variable compensation; liaises with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes; leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of HR staff.
Education: University Degree (or international equivalent);
Advanced Degree Preferred.
Minimum Experience: 6 to 8+ Years.
