HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees; develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies; leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles;
• Directly or indirectly oversees performance management practices; manages the succession planning and talent management cycle; monitors effectiveness of processes; conducts Talent Reviews;
• Directly or indirectly oversees the development and administration of local and corporate training offerings; monitors the effectiveness of training and development; supports development of senior roles;
• Responsible for managing all employee grievances and disciplinary processes; liaises with unions or works councils; facilitates the annual merit review cycle; ensures appropriate allocation of variable compensation;
• Liaison with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes; leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of HR staff.

• Education:
  
  University Degree (or international equivalent);
  Advanced Degree Preferred.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  6 to 8+ Years.
