Welder - 1st Shift

Currently LNS is looking for a Welder that is capable of performing a variety of welding functions with various types of welding equipment and a variety of metal gauges and the ability to read blueprints.

• Set up and operate all kinds of welding equipment on any job assigned
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, operation sheets, and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements
• Continual check work to ensure quality of weld
• Ability to perform heating and cutting operations

• Welding Certificate or Diploma from college or technical school preferred or 1 to 2 years of related experience
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 6 hours
