Sunday – Thursday | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Mig Welders to join a leading manufacturing facility in Kings Mountain, NC. Key Responsibilities

• Perform Mig welding on metal components according to production specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure and verify parts using appropriate measuring tools
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• Previous Mig welding experience required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or fabrication experience
• Experience with measuring tools and quality inspections
• Welding certifications are a plus
• Experience working with production quotas and quality standards
