perate and setup various pieces of equipment including roll form, drill and tap machines, gasket cutters, and any other pieces of equipment located in the Fabrication 1 area according to manufacturing needs.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform average to complex layout work and operate equipment to perform forming operations of variety of parts to normal tolerances.
Set up equipment, adjust mechanisms, and fixtures as needed to obtain a quality product to specifications
Sort parts once operation is complete for subsequent operation.
Must be able to read simple to complex blueprints, bills of material, operation sheets, and work orders.
May be required to assist press brake operators and CNC laser operators.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Other duties may be assigned.

Able to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bill of materials
Education and/or ExperienceAt least one year related experience and/or training required preferably working in a fabrication setting.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands or reach with hands and arms; bend and twist. The employee must regularly lift, pull, and move.
Position Requirements Essential Duties Include- Perform average to complex layout work and operate equipment to perform forming operations of variety of parts to nomal tolerances
- Set up equipment, adjust feed mechanisms, and length of stroke depending on type of metal and thickness
- Must be able to read simple to complex blueprints, bills of materials, operation sheets, and work orders.
- Must be able to change and or recondition punches and dies as required
- Must be able to set stop gauges on brake
- At least one year of related experience and/or training preferred on different types of Press Brake equipment
- Ablility to read blueprints and set programming and perform bending operations on machine
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Stand for extended periods of time up to 6 hours
