The Eaton Kings Mountain facility is seeking a Clutch Operator for the Afternoon Shift to assemble clutch components, sub-assemblies and finished units from drawings and work instructions. Core hours are 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.
You’ll work around automated cells and Co-Bot systems, follow safety and quality procedures, participate in 5S/Lean initiatives, and help train new employees while maintaining clean work areas and supporting Eaton’s QS and ISO
