Eaton’s Vehicle Group division is seeking a Lead Production Assembler for our Kings Mountain, NC facility. This on-site role covers a day shift from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM with potential overtime as needed, and offers pay incentives at 6 months and 1 year of service.
You will lead assembly of clutch components, train team members, coordinate changeovers, and uphold safety and quality standards on the line, working with automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
