Job Description We are looking for a dependable and motivated
** Assembler
* * to join our production team. In this role, you will perform a variety of assembly line duties, collaborate with team members to meet production goals, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
** Attendance Bonus Opportunity
**** Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus. Team members can earn an additional $1.00 per hour for every hour worked, on top of their regular hourly wage, by working all scheduled shifts during the week.
**** Responsibilities
* ** Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with team members to complete production tasks efficiently.
* Rotate between assigned tasks and production processes as needed.
* Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
* Package and prepare completed products for shipment.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.## Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment preferred.
* Familiarity with hand tools, assembly equipment, and production processes is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.
* Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
* Capable of continuously lifting and handling materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
