Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Cleveland / Kings Mountain – Med‑Surg Float Pool II

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Float RN to support our Medical‑Surgical units. In this role, you will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care across multiple units. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and have strong foundational clinical skills.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• NIHSS certificate obtained within 6 months of hire

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
