- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks
- Perform assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks
- Maintain a service van and its inventory
- Process paperwork after completion of each job
- Provide field service support to customers
- Less than 2 years related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines
- Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills
- Familiarity with common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder, and testing equipment
- Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through
Demonstrates strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair lift trucks, including knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics. Proficient in reading schematics and service manuals, with effective communication and customer care skills.
