Multi‑Skilled Plumber (Water Hygiene) – Plymouth Community Homes
Plymouth Community Homes is a trusted landlord delivering safe, well‑maintained homes across the city. We’re looking for a Multi‑Trade Operative Plumber to join our in‑house Water Hygiene team. If you’re passionate about high‑quality work, customer care, and helping keep our homes safe and compliant, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Support the water hygiene compliance programme as part of the in‑house team.
- Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments.
- Perform planned maintenance inspections.
- Complete responsive plumbing repairs across our housing stock in Plymouth.
- Conduct water system disinfections.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safety and quality in every job.
- Qualified plumber (preferably with a completed Plumbing Apprenticeship).
- Experience in water hygiene and legionella control.
- Confident problem‑solver who works well independently and in a team.
- Customer‑focused, flexible, enthusiastic, and keen to grow skills.
- Driver with a full UK licence.
