Luton Pay: £18.00 £ 25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 am 3:00 pm Overtime:
Weekend work available when required We are looking for an experienced and reliable Excavator (Shovel) Operator to join our growing team in Luton. Responsibilities Operate excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites. Carry out excavation, trenching, grading, and loading works. Complete daily machine checks and report any defects. Follow site plans and work closely with site supervisors and other trades.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Requirements Valid CPCS or NPORS Excavator Operator card. Previous experience operating excavators on construction sites. Good understanding of site health and safety procedures. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
