Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Salary range: $75,000‑90,000 plus bonus.

• Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze variances
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Improve accounting procedures and strengthen internal controls
• Mentor junior accounting staff as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
