We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to take ownership of key accounting functions while working closely with leadership. Salary range: $75,000‑90,000 plus bonus.
- Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close process
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Perform account reconciliations and analyze variances
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Improve accounting procedures and strengthen internal controls
- Mentor junior accounting staff as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
