Lead and develop the project engineering team to deliver high-impact capital and improvement projects

Own the capital project execution process (scope definition, justification, budgeting, execution, and closeout)

Ensure all projects meet safety, environmental, and compliance requirements

Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities

Drive project pipeline development aligned with plant strategy

Manage contractors, engineering firms, and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution

Ensure proper engineering design standards and change management practices are followed

Support commissioning, startup, and handoff of projects to operations and maintenance teams

Track and report project performance (cost, schedule, ROI, benefits realization)

Provide technical leadership on complex plant issues and major modifications

Develop team capability in project management and technical skills

Lean/Six Sigma Certification

Master's degree and/or PMP certification
