Maintenance Technician (Ashton Cove Apartments, Kingland, GA)

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and perform basic carpentry.
• Execute preventive maintenance duties and complete work orders and documentation.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7.

• HVAC certification with at least 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Availability for emergency calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Background screening and drug test required.
