Commercial Construction Superintendent

The Opportunity

A respected and growing General Contractor is actively seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned field leader who takes pride in delivering quality projects safely and on schedule.

This position is responsible for managing all day-to-day field operations on construction sites. We are looking for a proactive professional who communicates effectively, leads by example, and maintains the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism on every project.

• Coordinate and direct trade contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specification
• Enforce job site safety protocols and maintain a compliant, incident-free work environment
• Read, interpret, and apply project plans and specifications in the field
• Monitor and drive the project schedule to meet critical deadlines
• Maintain consistent communication with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Uphold quality standards throughout all phases of construction

• 10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a complete background check and drug screen
