This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dentist located in Kingsport, TN. The Dentist will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, including routine check-ups, diagnosis, and dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other treatments. The role also involves educating patients about oral health and maintaining accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaboration with the healthcare team to provide optimal care for patients is an essential aspect of the position.

• Proficient in general dentistry skills, including routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and therapeutic procedures
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities, with attention to patient care and safety
• Experience in patient communication, educating about oral hygiene practices, and addressing patient concerns
• Familiarity with maintaining detailed and accurate patient records
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards within a dental practice
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and a valid state dental license
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills for collaboration with the healthcare team
• Commitment to providing patient-focused care and continuous professional development
• Experience working in community health or underserved populations is a plus
