A regional educational institution in Kingsport, Tennessee, seeks a Lead Mentor/Success Coach to manage student coaching through the Academic Student Alert Program. The successful candidate will implement intervention strategies for student success and mentor students with academic challenges. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree and have strong communication skills. Experience in advising or mentoring and a second language is preferred.

This is a temporary hourly position with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
