Our client is a leader in high-performance battery separators and is building a MEGA greenfield manufacturing plant in southern VA. This role is a rare opportunity to learn the technology at an existing site and then bring that knowledge to help launch a brand-new facility.

- Learn proven technology, then help stand up a MEGA plant
- High-visibility role with ownership of mission-critical systems
- Long-term stability in the battery materials space
- Learn and support electrical, controls, and instrumentation systems at an existing plant
- Transition into a key role supporting startup, commissioning, and ramp-up in Danville
- Own uptime, MTBF, PMs, and reliability of Siemens PLC-based systems
- Support coating, mixing, extrusion, web handling, winding/rewinding, and E-Beam/LFE processes
- Drive CI initiatives and support CAPEX projects
- BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Strong Siemens PLC experience (required)
- Background in high-volume industrial manufacturing
- Comfort troubleshooting in mission-critical environments
