We're seeking 2 x 5G Field Managers for the Tennessee Markets to oversee exciting telecom projects in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:- Manage site construction and deployment of 4G/5G antennas, RF cabling, and fiber optics.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards (OSHA, RF awareness).
- Coordinate with vendors, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee project schedules.
- Travel up to 50 to 80%, leading installations and hands‑on site support.
- Experience in telecom/network rollout. Close-out packages, running multiple tower crews.
- Knowledge of RAN, RF, transmission designs, and engineering schematics.
- Expertise in telecom installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Mandatory certifications: CPR, OSHA 10/30, RF Awareness, and BBP.
