Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or similar process industries is beneficial.
Knowledge of safety regulations, equipment commissioning, and maintenance best practices.
Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot equipment issues, and propose practical solutions under time constraints.
Proficiency with CAD or plant layout tools, and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
