BRG is seeking an M&A Tax Senior Associate to support transaction tax advisory engagements focusing on U.S. federal and state tax diligence in middle-market M&A.
The ideal candidate should have a CPA or JD/LLM and 2-3+ years of experience, particularly in M&A tax advisory and transaction tax diligence. Candidates must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The salary range is between $80,000 and $135,000 per year.
