Floater Caregiver – Non‑Medical In‑Home Care

$20.00 per day (guaranteed, regardless of shift hours)

Flexible (Floater role with potential to transition to part‑time or full‑time)

Caregiver/Companion‑Floater. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver/Companion‑Floater to provide non‑medical, in‑home care and companionship to our clients. As a floater, you will support multiple clients by filling in as needed, ensuring consistent and quality care across various households. This role involves floating between clients as needed within a 30‑minute radius. Caregivers in this position have flexibility and the opportunity to transition into full‑time or part‑time roles as our client base grows.

Provide non‑medical, in‑home care and companionship to clients; support multiple clients by filling in as needed; ensure consistent and quality care across households; maintain punctuality and adaptability while traveling between client homes; foster a genuine commitment to improving clients’ quality of life.

• Previous experience as a non‑medical caregiver or companion preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple client locations as a floater.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings.

This is an in‑home caregiving position requiring travel between client homes. The role demands adaptability, punctuality, and a genuine commitment to improving clients’ quality of life.
