Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k)

Job Type: Non-Exempt, Full-time, Direct Internal Hire

Compile Payroll data to maintain payroll records, by performing the following duties.

• Conduct Associates payroll for assigned branches.
• Conduct Associates payroll for all Suppliers/Companies.
• Conduct Child Support and Garnishments; scan and upload documents, mail CS orders and other time sensitive material.
• Conduct Unemployment through third party website, maintain claims and complete audits.
• Conduct Payroll Audits as needed.
• Data entry, email, fax, scan and copy.
• Excellent communication skills; displaying professional etiquette both verbal and written (internal and external)

• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Respond well to pressure and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Strategic problem solving and decision-making.
• Must be a team player.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

• Some lifting or carrying 0-30 pounds.
• Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Occasional repetitive hand and foot motion

This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
