About The Role

The THL Program Lead, under the supervision of the Regional Program Director or Assistant Director, assists in oversight of the program and ensures client-centered care, case coordination, and resource linkage are provided in a competent, responsible, and ethical manner. This role supports clinical operations, quality assurance, collaboration with internal and external partners, and ensures compliance with organizational policies, state licensing regulations, and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients during intake as needed and complete on-call duties
  • Ensure Clarvida-approved behavioral health therapeutic services are provided to clients and families, including coping skills, behavior modification, parenting skills, and crisis intervention
  • Ensure internal and external collaboration with behavioral health and medical providers
  • Work with Care Coordinators to ensure treatment team collaboration and delivery of quality care
  • Ensure Care Plans and documentation comply with Clarvida policy, state licensing regulations, and COA accreditation requirements
  • Ensure clinical documentation is completed within established time frames and rectify deficits within allotted time frames
  • Monitor monthly and quarterly reports
  • Monitor and work with Care Coordinators to close gaps in care (HEDIS) and track weekly progress
  • Conduct weekly supervision with Care Coordinators according to contract and COA requirements
  • Facilitate Treatment Team meetings and review client presentations as required
  • Attend quarterly director meetings and regional leadership meetings
  • Support team members to ensure optimal outcomes for clients and families
  • Contribute to the Performance Improvement Cycle through data collection and utilization to improve client and program services
  • Ensure Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) activities, including Peer and PQI audits, are completed accurately and timely
  • Participate in MCO evaluations
  • Manage and/or assist leadership in overseeing client census and productivity standards for Care Coordinators
  • Assist in program development, networking, and collaboration between program areas
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Mental Health field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic, community-based treatment environment
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Licensed driver with automobile insurance in good standing
