Eastman Credit Union is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to provide first level technical support for ECU staff. You will gather data and respond to reported issues, escalating when necessary to I/T Operations.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work both independently and in teams; banking/financial application experience is a plus. Experience with desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices helps ensure timely resolutions across ECU.
