- Supply Chain Strategy Developme nt and Implementation
- Develop, implement, and manage
AMI supply chain strategy on a global scale - Operationalize market segment strategy for supply chain, working with Market Segment Leaders,Films Supply Chain, Product Management,Supply Chain Center of Excellence,Logistics and Customer Service Teams todevelopservice offerings
- Anchor execution of segment-specific supply chain offerings
- Drive inventory strategy for the product portfolio to ensure the target service level for each market segment and conduct periodic review
- Define supply policies for product segment sand inventory targets to meet them
- Supply Chain Management
- Lead AMITeam of Supply Managers coveringgloballong-term supply of Finished Goods and Intermediates, engage with Regional Teams toexecute global S&OP plan
- Model "what-if"scenarios and solutions toresolve supply conflicts(on finished goods).Identify constraints and propose alternatives where demand plans cannot be met.
- Prepare and facilitate
Supply Meeting in monthly IBP cycle,reviewing the balancedsupplyplans, allocations choices, and KPIs & metrics based on variable margin & strategic priorities - Work with Regional Supply Teams toidentifyopportunities to optimize supply chain performance,e.g.through choices on network configuration, optimization oflogisticsflows, etc.
- Ensure execution of inventory strategy in alignment with Regional Teamsand provide monthly inventory forecast
- Work closely with Automotive Commercial Team to ensure supply choices support sales funnel and execution of segment strategy, providing assessment of supply capabilities in collaboration with Regional Teams
- Align choices on Automotive supply globally by engaging with regional Teamsand represent AMI Supply Chain in Global Automotive WWCAR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or Supply Chain Managementandatleast
10+yearsofrelevantexperiencerequired;
Master’s Degree preferred. - APICS, CPIM or CIRM certifications preferred.
- Experience with management of global supply chainandcross-functional teams
- 2+ years of experience in program, project, or product management, or leading an implementation of akeycross-functional initiative
- Knowledge of CRM systems preferred
- Deep understanding of how supply planning decisions impactprofitabilityand working capital
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong affinity for modelling.
