Tax Credit Property Manager – Blue Ridge Apartments | Kingsport, TN
Are you an experienced Property Manager with strong Tax Credit knowledge? We’re seeking a detail-oriented leader to oversee our affordable housing community in Kingsport, TN. If you’re passionate about compliance, resident satisfaction, and team success, this could be your next career move!

- Ensure full compliance with HUD, TN Housing Authority, and Tax Credit regulations
- Manage financial performance, occupancy goals, and collections
- Lead and motivate onsite staff
- Conduct property inspections and maintain high standards
- Deliver outstanding resident service and timely resolutions
