• Receives, unloads and forwards products, supplies, raw materials and packaging materials according to supervisor’s direction.
• Organize and prepare product for shipping/receiving.
• Pack, load and/or unloads product shipping/receiving.
• Interpret orders and coordinate production needs for clean‑room and warehouse operators.
• Set up production machines to order.
• Perform/collaborate on in‑process troubleshooting.
• Measure, sample and visually inspect product, as required.
• Follows and reviews all safety rules, procedures, and practices for safety of other operators, maintenance personnel, and contractors.
• Completes required inspections of safety systems.
• Attends required training sessions.
• Performs other work assigned by supervisor.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• A strong commitment to working safely and to the safety of others.
• Ability to perform high quality, cost effective work in order to meet customer expectations.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively monitor plant equipment and make adjustments to processes and controls; ability to handle upsets, startups, and shutdowns of plant systems and processes.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision in a self‑directed team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Flexibility in approach to tasks and openness to change.
