Troubleshoot and repair molding, assembly, and packaging equipment including robots and vision systems;
Perform preventive maintenance and setups/changeovers on production equipment;
Input maintenance work orders into CMMS and coordinate with Production Scheduler to minimize downtime;
Repair and calibrate robot arms and control systems; read schematics and use measuring tools;
Adhere to 5S, Lock Out/Tag Out, and safety procedures; collaborate with maintenance and production teams
