The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME) is responsible for developing, validating, and launching manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production systems required to support new product introductions and major product changes. The AME serves as the primary link between Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and can be produced safely, efficiently, and at target cost and quality levels.

Responsibilities include manufacturing process development, equipment and tooling specification, production line design, DFM/DFA activities, APQP deliverables, pilot builds, production readiness, and launch execution.
