Small Biz Staffing, LLC is seeking an Oven Operator for Sparta, TN on the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu 2:00 PM–12:00 AM) with overtime possible on Fridays. You will operate roto-molding machines, load molds with the correct powder weight, insert parts, and switch molds to meet production needs while inspecting parts for quality and maintaining accurate counts of good and scrap.
