Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Movement Search and Delivery is working with an established industrial manufacturing organization that is looking for an EHS Manager to lead Health & Safety at one of their East Tennessee facilities.

Looking for an EHS leader who wants to make a real impact at the plant level?

This is not a desk-only compliance role. You’ll be part of the site leadership team, working directly with operations and employees to strengthen safety culture, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead the site’s Health & Safety program with a strong emphasis on employee safety
• Conduct safety walks, risk assessments and incident follow-up
• Develop and deliver safety training
• Partner with operations leaders and supervisors to improve safe work practices
• Lead the facility Safety Committee and monthly safety initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement across HSE processes and systems
• Maintain environmental compliance, permits and regulatory reporting
• Serve as a key point of contact with regulatory agencies

• 3+ years of EHS/HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong hands-on safety leadership experience
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing safety programs
• Environmental experience is important, but this role is weighted more heavily toward Health & Safety
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both hourly employees and plant leadership
