Amedisys is seeking a registered nurse case manager to join our home health and hospice team in Kingsport, TN. This full-time role focuses on patient assessments, care planning, and coordination with the care team to help patients heal at home.
You will supervise LPNs and HHAs, document care activities, and participate in ongoing clinical development. Eligible candidates have RN licensure, CPR, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of RN experience.
