Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Selmer, Tennessee

Relias Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at a brand-new Freestanding Emergency Department in Selmer, Tennessee. This is a unique opportunity for a confident and autonomous provider to practice at the top of their license while helping establish a new emergency medicine program in a growing community.

The facility is expected to see an average daily census of approximately 15 patients per day, providing a manageable patient volume that allows providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This position is ideal for an experienced emergency medicine APP who enjoys practicing independently and is comfortable managing a broad range of emergency presentations in a critical access healthcare setting.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience with ENP or CAQ-EM Certification or previous independent practice preferred.
  • Prior experience practicing independently in an emergency department, critical access hospital, or rural emergency medicine setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to confidently evaluate, diagnose, treat, and stabilize emergency patients across a wide range of acuity levels
  • Strong procedural skills and sound clinical judgment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with facility leadership and support staff
