Tri Star North Crest Medical Center seeks a Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient-centered care on the unit and coordinate nursing teams. You will collaborate with the management group to ensure exceptional outcomes and adherence to policies while guiding staff through daily operations.
Role requires RN with ADN/ Diploma, ACLS and BLS within 30 days, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a busy Med Surg setting in Springfield, Tennessee. This position is full-time and on-site.
