Creekside Behavioral Health in Kingsport, TN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team onsite. You will provide direct nursing care, participate in planning and evaluating care, and document medication administration with emphasis on patient safety and therapeutic environment.
Requirements include graduation from an approved LPN program, and 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical/psychiatric setting. CPR and de-escalation/restraint training are required.
