As a Sales Associate at Rocky Top Vapor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the right vapor products to meet their needs.
• Providing expert advice and answering questions about vaping and electronic cigarettes.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and current trends in the vaping industry.
• Supporting the team in achieving sales goals and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Basic knowledge of vaping and electronic cigarettes to assist customers effectively.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• 21 years or older to comply with industry regulations.
