Sleep Expert – Sales, Bilingual

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority
• Offer best-in-class products and execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools
• Support a seamless omnichannel experience and create a compelling, engaging customer environment
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and keep the customer at the center
• Provide technical and product knowledge information and serve as a subject matter expert
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders
• Monitor competitors, advertisements, and competitor services
• Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales

• Spanish preferred

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds
