This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scaffold Builder located in Kingsport, TN. The Scaffold Builder will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling scaffolding structures required for industrial maintenance, repairs, and projects. The work involves interpreting blueprints and specifications, ensuring proper safety measures are in place, conducting inspections for structural stability, and complying with all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
The role requires working in cooperation with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Proficiency in Scaffolding assembly, disassembly, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with safety practices including Working at Height and Fall Protection
- Understanding of working safely in Confined Spaces
- Possession of CSCS certification or equivalent is highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on safety standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Prior experience in industrial or construction environments preferred
