We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Journeyman with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on commercial and/or industrial experience
.

This is not a helper-level or entry-level journeyman position. We are looking for someone who can:

• Run jobs
• Lead crews
• Solve problems independently
• Ensure code compliance
• Represent the company professionally on-site

• Lead commercial and industrial electrical installations
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Install conduit systems (EMT, PVC, rigid) with precision
• Perform service upgrades, panel installations, and equipment terminations
• Supervise and mentor helpers and apprentices
• Troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently
• Maintain OSHA-compliant job sites
• Ensure NEC code compliance on all installations

• 10+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
• Strong NEC knowledge
• Proven ability to lead and manage job sites
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean work ethic and reliable attendance
