Silgan Closures in Kingsport, TN offers a Maintenance Apprenticeship/Mechatronics Technician program. This Department of Labor-certified path combines 8,000 hours of on-the-job training with 1,000 hours of related instruction.
The program prepares the apprentice to become a Journeyman Mechatronics Technician after completion. The apprenticeship includes company-paid labs, extensive on-the-job training, and coursework completed in and out of hours.
