We currently have an entry-level position for a water damage restoration technician. This job involves a variety of tasks related to cleaning and restoring damaged properties. WE PROVIDE 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICES SEVEN DAYS A WEEK to our customers, so you must be able to work late hours and weekends.
Essential Job Functions:- Respond to emergency water damage recovery situations
- Treat every customer with respect, especially since you are working in their homes
- Assist Crew Chief in extracting water and removing damaged materials
- Help set up drying equipment
- Monitor the progress of jobs
- Assist with cleaning and related activities
- Ability to work long hours, with at least 20 hours of overtime most weeks
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Legible handwriting and ability to learn new computer software (software updates monthly)
- Valid driver’s license
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Service or construction background
- IICRC and NADCA certification for water
- Prior training in water remediation
