The Opportunity

• Lead the design and development of next-generation AI solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to create AI-powered applications for various departments.
• Design,develop,and use Large Language Models (LLMs) to tackle real-world challenges.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Build and manage AI models on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Stay on top of the latest AI advancements and apply them to solve business problems.
• Champion a company-wide culture of AI adoption and expertise.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in data science,AI,or a similar field (a plus!).
• Strong software development and statistical analysis skills.
• Experience with Large Language Models and their applications.
• Excellent communication skills (explain complex AI concepts to anyone!).
• A problem-solving pro who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings.
• A bachelor’s degree in CS,math,statistics,or similar (Master’s or Ph.D.a plus).

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with large language models and workflows.
• Project leadership and development experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in sales,marketing,or market research applications (a plus!).
